Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GenMart collects, why, how long it is kept and how to remove it. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
What we collect
- Account: email address and, if you enter one, a display name. The password is stored only as an Argon2 hash and cannot be read back.
- Usage: prompts, chosen parameters, generated files, credit movements and payment history.
- Technical: IP address, browser and device of your sessions — for security, abuse prevention and rate limits.
- Uploaded files: reference images, video and audio you add to a generation.
Why we need it
- To run generations and show you your results.
- To keep your balance correct and to return credits when a generation fails.
- To protect accounts: detect brute force, multi-accounting and fraud.
- To send transactional email — address confirmation and password recovery. We do not send marketing email.
Who sees the data
Prompts and reference files are sent to the AI model provider that runs your generation — that is how the service works. Providers process them under their own terms.
Payment data is handled by Heleket, our payment provider. We never see or store wallet keys or card details.
Email is delivered through our mail provider. We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertisers.
How long it is kept
- Generated files and uploads: 90 days, then deleted permanently.
- Account and credit history: while the account exists.
- Sessions and technical logs: up to 90 days.
- Payment records: as long as required to resolve disputes.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account and its data from the settings, or by writing to support@genmart.pro. Deletion removes files, prompts and personal data; anonymised accounting records of payments may be kept where the law requires it.
Generated results are private by default. They appear in the public showcase only if you explicitly allow it in the settings.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as language and theme. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
