Terms of Service

GenMart gives you a single interface and a single prepaid balance for more than a hundred AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Kling AI, Runway, Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs and Suno. You describe what you want, choose a model, and receive the generated file.

The service is digital and delivered instantly: there is nothing to ship. A finished result appears in your library and can be downloaded from it.

The service is prepaid. One credit costs $0.01. Every model shows its exact price before you press Generate, and the price of each option is shown next to that option, so the total is known in advance.

Credits do not expire. They are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not exchangeable for currency.

New accounts receive starter credits so that every module can be tried before any payment.

You keep the rights to the files you generate and may use them for personal and commercial projects, within the licence terms of the model that produced them.

You are responsible for the prompts and reference files you upload. Do not upload material you have no right to use, and do not use the service to produce content that is illegal where you live, that depicts minors in a sexual context, that impersonates a real person for deception, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Model providers apply their own content filters. A request rejected by a filter is not a failure of the service; the credits for it are returned to your balance.

Results are stored on our servers for 90 days from the moment they are generated, so a download link never depends on a provider’s temporary URL. After that period files are deleted permanently. Download anything you want to keep.

The service depends on third-party models. A model can be withdrawn by its provider, change its behaviour, or be temporarily unavailable; the current state is published at genmart.pro/status.

We are liable for the amount you paid for the specific generation that failed, and we return those credits automatically. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or the content a model produces from your prompt.

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to collect starter credits repeatedly is grounds for blocking without a refund of granted credits; purchased credits are refunded in that case under the payment terms.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion removes your files and personal data as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms; the current version is always at genmart.pro/terms with its date. Material changes to prices or to the credit rate do not apply retroactively to credits you have already bought.
