Payment and refunds
Last updated: 2 September 2026
GenMart is prepaid: you buy a credit pack, then spend credits on generations. This page explains how payment works, what happens when a generation fails, and how to get money back.
How to pay
Payment is made in cryptocurrency through Heleket. You choose a pack, get an invoice, and pay in USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, TON, TRX, LTC, BNB or another supported coin. No card and no subscription are involved.
Packs are priced in US dollars: $10 for 1,000 credits, $25 for 2,500, $60 for 6,000 and $150 for 15,000. The credit rate is the same in every pack — $0.01 per credit.
Credits are added to your balance automatically once the network confirms the payment. This normally takes minutes; congested networks can take longer. An invoice that is not paid within its lifetime expires, and a late payment on an expired invoice is still credited once the provider confirms it.
Delivery
The product is digital. Credits appear on your balance immediately after confirmation, and generated files appear in your library as soon as the model returns them — typically seconds for images, up to a few minutes for video.
Failed generations
You pay only for successful results. If a generation fails because of a network error, a provider outage or a content filter, the credits are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
A partially completed batch is charged only for the images that were actually produced.
Refund of unused credits
Write to support@genmart.pro from the address on your account within 14 days of the payment, and state the order. Unused credits from that payment are refunded in full to the wallet the payment came from.
Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable: the work has been done and paid to the model provider on your behalf.
A refund is sent in the same cryptocurrency that was used for payment. The network fee for the outgoing transfer is deducted from the amount. Exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not compensated.
We answer refund requests within three business days and send the transfer within five.
Cancelling an order
An invoice that has not been paid needs no cancellation: it expires on its own and nothing is charged.
A generation that is still queued can be cancelled in the interface, and its credits return to the balance in full. A generation already running with the model cannot be cancelled — that work is billed by the provider.
Disputes
Cryptocurrency payments have no chargeback mechanism. If something went wrong, write to support@genmart.pro — we read every message and would rather return money than argue.
